Terms and Conditions

For consignors, a comprehensive set of terms and conditions is available in the consignment contract. More broadly, please note:


  • Feline Thrifty accepts the following modes of payment: cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit card. Debit and credit card purchases are currently only available for in-person transactions using Square.
  • If you live beyond a 10 km radius of downtown Ottawa, currently the only way to purchase and receive items is through my Poshmark account (https://posh.mk/vjSL4MsG0Lb) or through Canada Post using flat rate shipping.
  • I do my very best to respond to any and all inquiries or orders within 48 hours. If, for some reason, I have not responded within that time frame, please send a gentle reminder email. 
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.

Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final. 

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the quality of your item(s), you can opt to receive store credit equal to the selling price of your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. 

If you purchase through my Poshmark, the Poshmark Canada return policy applies.
